Delivery

 

All ready to ship orders will be dispatched within 1 working day, with the cut off time being 12pm. This excludes UK Public Holidays and weekends. 

 

All made to order deliveries will be dispatched within 5 working days, with the cut off time being 12pm. This excludes UK Public Holidays and weekends. We may require more time for certain made to order dispatches and we will communicate this when we receive your order.

 

FREE Delivery will take place within 5 working days from the dispatch date. All orders below the order value of £50 will be charged £5.99 to cover some of the costs incurred to K & B First Choice. 

 

Next Day Delivery is available for certain items at the cost of £19.99 in Mainland UK, order must be placed by 12pm to guarantee delivery the following working day (Excludes Public Holidays and weekends).

 

International Delivery is available for additional cost of £19.99 and we expect you to receive the goods within 14 working days subject to dispatch and customs. All customs and VAT must be paid by the customer. 

A select number of countries cannot be serviced by K & B First Choice, we will contact you if this is the case for your order.

 

Returns

 

All ready to ship items can be returned within a 14 day window. 

 

Cancellations can only take place before ready to ship orders are dispatched.

 

Exclusions to refunds include but not limited to, made to order items where sizing has been specified and/or tailored, jewellery, lingerie, delivery costs and any delivery costs associated in returning the goods.     

 

Please report damages and/or defects within 24 hrs of receiving the goods for inspection, these will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please do not take tags and packaging off the garments if you wish to return them. Additionally, any goods that have been neglected will not be refunded. In essence, please return the good as you received them. 

 

Refunds will be processed by K & B First Choice to the original payment method within 10 working days of the refund approval. To ensure an efficient refund process, please provide all order details and the reason for the return with the package. We also advise that you send your package recorded delivery to prevent any loss in transit.
